Privacy Policy
Net Hero is a d/b/a of Austin Dood LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect through callnethero.com, our phone line and our services, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, email, phone, city, property type, the help you're after, and any details you type into our form.
- Calls and texts: when you call (727) 939-5656, our AI phone assistant may record and transcribe the call, and keep notes such as your callback number and the reason for your call. Calls may be recorded; the assistant tells you this at the start of the call.
- Basic technical data: the page you used, your browser type and the time of your request, which help us spot spam and fix problems. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, schedule your survey or visit, and provide our services.
- To contact you by phone, text or email about your request, including through automated means such as our AI phone assistant, when you've agreed to that.
- To send occasional news and offers only if you opted in. Reply STOP to texts or use the unsubscribe link in emails to opt out anytime.
- To keep records, prevent fraud and spam, and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, form and database providers, phone and AI-assistant providers, customer-management software and email services, and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep request and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and meet tax, legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, at any time. Contact us at hello@austindood.com or (727) 939-5656.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive details through our form or phone assistant.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
